This was very good for such an easy dish. I only gave it 4 stars because a homemade sauce would be more delicious, but this was very good for the amount of work. Based on other reviews, I was worried about it being runny, so I made 2 changes: 1. drain the lentils before adding sauce and 2. only use two cans of sauce per pound of lentils. That was MORE than enough sauce! I think 3 can's would have been way too liquidy. Thanks for the idea!

I'm definitely not a chef. I just try to keep my vegetarian self and my not-so-vegetarian husband happy!
