  1. We thought this had a lovely flavor. I like that it came together quickly which is great for week nights.

  2. I also liked this quick recipe, however, I did have to add some Mrs.Dash to it when I first tasted it. My husband and 2 teenage sons thought it lacked some flavor, too, and did the same.

  3. This was a quick, easy meal. Came together really quickly and tastes delicious. I used what I had on hand, which was cube steaks that I cut up into bite-size pieces. Thanks for a great dish.

  4. This is very good. I followed the ingredients per recipe except I think I had more like 2 # of meat so I doubled the sherry and half&half. This comes together very well. Made for Spring PAC 2008.

Hi I am a married woman with one child, 3 dogs, and 1 cat. Cooking is my passion. I love to entertain and try out new recipes on my friends. I work as an engraver making trophies and awards, a very satisfying and creative job. I love to go home every night and cook something my family will enjoy. The only thing that will keep me out of the kitchen is if someone(you know who you are) does not clean up after themselves. My little dogs are a constant presence under foot waiting for the occasional tidbit to fall, not always accidentally! It is very hard to resist a tea cup, and long haired chihuahua and a morkie!
