    teaspoon celery salt

    cups Simply Potatoes Diced Potatoes with Onion
  • 3
    cups milk, scalded
  • 1
    tablespoon butter

DIRECTIONS

  • In a 4 court pot render julienned bacon and set bacon bits aside for topping.
  • In grease, sauté carrots and celery until tender.
  • Into carrots and celery, stir flour, celery salt, pepper, chicken broth, and 2 teaspoons of salt.
  • Cook, covered, 8 minutes. Add milk, Simply Potatoes® Diced Potatoes with Onions, 1/2 teaspoon of salt and butter.
  • Cook covered another 10 minutes.
  • Garnish with the julienned bacon, and green onions.
