Simple Scallops

"This is the way my husband prepares scallops;simple and simply good. The flour coating gives the scallops a crispy exterior and makes extra tasty; nothing to distract from the sweet taste of the scallops."

  1. Excellent and simple. I added a touch more Old Bay.

  2. Great recipe. My 8 year old grandson ate hlf of them by himself. Should of doubled it. I would of like a little more bold flavor. Next time I will add garlic like several other reviewers suggested and maybe a pinch of cayanne

  3. Simple but good. We loved these scallops. I followed the recipe other then I didn't measure the Old Bay, I just dumped it on. We all enjoyed these. Made for ZWT5.

  4. Made for ZWT5. YUMMY. The flavors were delicicious and tasty morsels. I did add in 2 tbsp to the oil as my scallops were sticking but I am so ok with that to get the results. Added in a large clove of garlic as well in last 2 min to zip it a bit. Tossed over pasta and fresh steamed brocolli, zuchinni, onions, and carrots. Thank you. pic to follow

  5. The flavor was fantastic! And it was so easy. I may have done something wrong because the coating stuck to the skillet even though I had a lot of butter in there. It didn't matter though because it tasted great. I will make again, thank you for posting!
