  • In a large bowl, combine salmon, eggs, lemon juice, mustard, garlic, dill and pepper. Stir in green peppers, green onions and bread crumbs. Form into 4 patties. Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Cook salmon cakes on medium low heat for 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
