Simple Pesto Mayonnaise

ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon dry basil (more or less as desired but I like a fair amount)
- 1 dash garlic powder
directions
- Mix together.
- Put in small container and spread on sandwiches as desired.
- Enjoy!

This recipe saved me when I forgot to buy pesto at the store for a recipe I was making. The recipe didn't call for mayonnaise pesto, but I knew it would go well in it (it was sandwich-ey). This made the dish and saved the day! I'd bet that it tastes even better if allowed a day for the flavors to meld and the dried basil to soften. If I make it again, I'll use a bit more garlic, too. Thank you!

Most doctors may have heard of it but don't know an awful lot about it and so many times it goes misdiagnosed.
