ingredients
- 1 1⁄4 cups apple juice
- 1 cup froze strawberry
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 cup raspberry sorbet (they recommend Haagen Dazs brand)
- 1⁄3 cup crushed ice cube
directions
- In a blender with a powerful motor, first place the apple juice, followed by the frozen strawberries, and then the frozen raspberries. Next add the raspberry sorbet, and top with the ice.
- Cover the blender securely and blend on high speed for 35 seconds or longer (until a tornado-like vortex forms in the center). Let the vortex swirl 10-15 seconds longer (to allow the drink to smooth out).
- Pour into tall glasses and add sturdy straws. Serve immediately.

This site used to be awesome. It was at the top of its game when it was called Recipezaar, but that was many years ago. The site was purchased by Scripps and belly-flopped into mediocrity. A few of the faithful members remained, hoping to wait out the storm of corporate nonsense. But alas, it never got better and just continued on its terminal path to nothingness. So most of the loyal members have vanished and made homes at better recipe sites.
