ingredients
- 1 cup couscous, uncooked
- 1⁄2 lb shrimp, peeled
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 small zucchini, diced
- 1 small tomatoes, diced
- 1⁄4 cup feta cheese
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
directions
- Cook the shrimp, onion, garlic, and zucchini in the olive oil.
- Cook the couscous as directed on box.
- Combine couscous, tomato, cheese, and shrimp mixture.
