- 2 cans white shoepeg corn
- 1 can chopped green chili, drained
- 3⁄4 cup cream cheese
- salt and pepper
directions
- Mix all ingredients into a casserole dish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Stir before serving.

I prepared with canned cream corn. I sent one dish to a cookout that I wasn't able to attend at the last minute. It was so good that I whipped up another batch just for myself and a friend. My friend gave a 5 stars as well. The second time I made this I used frozen cream corn and used less green chilies and more cream cheese. I think it's best to use the recommended ingredient amounts. WalMart was out of shoepeg corn but I can't wait to try this recipe a third time with the shoepeg corn. Thanks for posting!
