- 2 cups flour
- 2 tablespoons salt
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons dry mustard
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 1⁄2 teaspoon thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon sweet basil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon oregano
directions
- Stir together to blend evenly.
- Store in a tightly covered jar.
- For a crumb coating on fish, meat or poultry, combine 1 1/2 TBSPS of seasoned flour with 1 cup of dry bread crumbs.

I was suprised that there was a recipe for this out there. I just always figured it was intuitive; that is, until I had to make it for something other than chicken! I didn't have everything in the recipe here, hence the no stars, but what I did have turned out pretty good. Can't wait to give it a try on some chicken next.
