Savoury Cheese Crackers

50-70 crackers
ingredients
- 1 (1 lb) container maclaren's imperial cheese
- 1⁄2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 drops tabasco hot sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 1⁄2 cups flour
- 2 cups Rice Krispies
directions
- Allow cheese to soften at room temperature for 1-2 hours. Place in a mixing bowl and use a fork to cream the cheese. Add oil, Tabasco, and mustard, and mix well. Add flour, then the Rice Krispies.
- Shape into small balls; place on greased cookie sheet and press down with a fork. Bake at 350F for 10-13 minutes, depending on the size of the cracker ( the smaller the cracker, the better).
- Makes 50-70 crackers.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
