- 1⁄2 cup dates, packed
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened dried shredded coconut
- 1⁄16 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon chocolate chips
directions
- Put all ingredients in food processor and blend.
- Form into 2 bars or 4 snack-sized balls.
