  • Sprinkle in pie shell cheese, salmon, and onion.
  • Beat eggs.
  • Add remaining ingredients.
  • Pour into pie shell.
  • Sprinkle with paprika.
  • Bake at 400 for 30-35 minute.
  • Let stand 10-15 min before serving.

  1. This quiche is delicious. I have to admit I used a plain brown onion as I didn't have green onions on hand, and I used an extra egg and not as much milk - but the recipe is really yummy. Everyone loves it.
