ingredients

one egg
room temperature water (to equal 1 cup and 1 TBL when added to egg)
3 tablespoons oil
3 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons dry milk
1 ¹⁄₂ teaspoons salt
1 ¹⁄₂ cups bread flour
1 ¹⁄₄ cups rye flour
2 tablespoons caraway seeds
2 teaspoons active dry yeast

directions

Add ingredients to breadmaker in order.
Set breadmaker to Whole Wheat setting.
Select 1.5 pound loaf.
Select crust color.
Start breadmaker. :D.
