ingredients
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons kosher salt (or table salt)
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon mustard powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pinch dried oregano
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
directions
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Store in an airtight container.
- NOTE: To make this a wet rub, simply add 1 tablespoons lemon/lime juice and 1 tablespoons olive oil.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
