Rolls (Biscuit Mix)

12-14 rolls
ingredients
- 1 teaspoon yeast
- 2⁄3 cup wam water
- 3 cups biscuit mix
- 1 egg
directions
- Use bread machine, OR.
- Make a sponge.
- Mix.
- Knead 30 times.
- Make walnut sized dough balls and roll in melted butter.
- Put 3 in each muffin tin.
- Let ruse 1 hour.
- Bake 14 minutes at 400.

Still in West Virginia but we've moved a few miles away, down to the county capitol. It's a compromise: bigger than our last town but smalelr than the "big city" of Cumberland MD, right up the road. Jobs are not that plentiful here so I am fortunate to be able to work at home (I'm a writer).
