    g dark chocolate melts

    g milk chocolate, broken into pieces

    cup chopped nuts, of choice


  • lace dark chocolate, milk chocolate, copha, and butter into a microwave safe jug. Microwave uncovered on high for 3 minutes or until chocolate has softened. Stir slowly and sift in the cocoa.
  • Stir the chocolate until smooth, then transfer to a large mixing bowl.
  • Add the marshmallows, coconut, sultanas, pecans and 3/4 cup of the chopped nuts. Mix thoroughly.
  • Press the mixture into a slice tin, spreading it out into the corners. Scatter over the remaining nuts, lightly pressing them into the chocolate. Refrigerate 15 minutes or until set.
  • Remove from the slice tin and cut into small chunks to serve. Dust with cocoa if desired.
