Really Good Spaghetti Sauce

ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 lb bulk Italian sausage
- 1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
directions
- In a medium to large pot, brown sausage, onion, garlic and mushrooms.
- Add rest of ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Lower heat and simmer at least 40 minutes.
