  • Heat salad oil, vinegar,chopped garlic,and salt to almost boiling,stirring often-do not boil-Set aside to cool.

  • chopped tomatoes-saving juice fron cans.
  • chopped jalapenos.
  • chopped onions.
  • then add cooled mixture.
