ingredients

• 2 ounces mandarin orange juice
• 4 ounces sparkling wine

directions

1. Squeeze mandarin orange and pass its juice through a sieve.
2. Pour it into a flûte.
3. Just before serving add sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with orange zest.
