- Ready In:
- 2 cups wheat flour
- 2 scoops protein powder
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- mix together, then add in whatever fruit you want.
- put in pam sprayed muffin molds or make into a "cake". Bake at 350 for 15-20.
