This is a dutch twist on the classic Alfredo Sauce, but instead of making it with Parmesan cheese I made it with a young aged Prima Donna.
For our dinner we served it over a bed of Penne and Italian seasoned Chicken and the family loved it.
Over medium heat dissolve bouillon cubes in water. Add butter to pan of bouillon water mixing well until completely melted. Continue stirring in flour and Half-and-Half until starting to thicken. Once thickening occurs stir in finely chopped cheese. Continue to stir until cheese and mixture are well blended together.
