Powdered Hot Cocoa Mix

"Our family grew up on this cocoa mix. We never bought any cocoa because this was far too pleasing. My mom remembers us having this with toast far more than any meal because it was just that great. I hope you find that that enjoyable too!"

• Ingredients: 4
• Yields: 1/2 Gallon

ingredients

• 8 quarts dry milk
• 1 lb Nestles Quik (a little more is better)
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 8 ounces Cremora

directions

1. Mix all ingredients together in an airtight container and shake until all ingrediants are thoroughly mixed. (Ex: And Empty Ice Cream Pail).
2. To Mix: 1/3 Cup of Mix in Mug, Fill with Hot Water and Stir,.
3. To With Miniature Marshmellows if desired.
4. Enjoy!

That's the same recipe I grew up on too! I love it so much better than store-bought, and so do my kids. I've put mix in containers and gifted, like to teachers. One thing to note, the non-dairy creamer (Cremora) is 8 oz by weight so read the package's weight. One batch usually lasts us all winter.
