Potluck Macaroni Salad

"My mom gave me this recipe some time ago.It is a real winner around my house and at luncheons"

ingredients

• 4 cups elbow macaroni
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 1⁄4 cup cider vinegar
• 1⁄3 cup granulated sugar
• 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 cup green onion, finely chopped
• 1⁄2 cup celery, chopped
• 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
• 1⁄4 cup carrot, chopped
• 2 cups ham, chopped

directions

1. Prepare macaroni as package directions.
2. Rinse with cold water and drain.
3. In a large bowl, combine mayonnaise, cider vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt and pepper.
4. Stir in onion, celery, bell pepper, carrot, ham, and macaroni.
5. Refrigerate at least 2 hours before serving.
