We love this recipe. I double or triple it though because we always have company when I make it. The first time I made it I didn't have any dill so I used thyme. I have tried it with dill and we prefer the thyme.

Wow, this was probably in the top 3 ham and potato chowder recipes I have made so far! We loved it. I added carrots just because and I completely forgot the dill at the end. Regardless it was delicious and everyone licked their bowls :)
