ingredients
- 4 -6 pork chops
- salt, to taste
- pepper, to taste
- garlic powder
- lemon juice
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup water
- 1 small onion
- 4 cups cooked rice
directions
- Season pork chops with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and brown, drain pot.
- Simmer pork chops, soy sauce, and water, with lemon juice and onion till tender.
- Serve over rice.

I am rating this without stars as my pork turned out very dry. I did use a lean cut, boneless with a bit of fat around the edges so that may have been the problem. I used low sodium soy sauce and I thought the taste was quite good. If I make this again, I will use a different cut or pork, possibly with the bone in it and a bit more fat. Thx for sharing.
