Plum Wine Cobbler Cocktail

"This drink was traditionally made with Sherry in place of the plum wine."

• Serves: 1

ingredients

• 2 orange slices
• 1⁄2 ounce simple syrup
• 4 ounces japanese plum wine

• Optional

• plum, slice for garnish

directions

1. Muddle orange slices in cocktail shaker with simple syrup, and ice and plum wine, shake vigorously, strain into tall ice filled Collins glass. Garnish with plum slice.

I actually thought this would be much sweeter than it is. I don't know if that is because of the kind of plum wine I bought. Its a nice refreshing drink. Made for a Seasoned Sailor and his Sassy Sirens - ZWT6.
