Dough
- 3 cups flour
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons yeast
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons powdered milk
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup water

Sauce
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves (crushed)
- 1⁄8 teaspoon lemon juice

Cheese
- 7 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1⁄3 ounce grated parmesan cheese

Toppings
- 3 sliced mushrooms
- 2 ounces turkey pepperoni
- 1 roma tomato
- 1 teaspoon shredded basil
directions
- 1. Put dough ingredients in bread machine and set to "pizza dough" setting.
- 2. Simmer sauce ingredients together for ~40 min in saucepan.
- 3. Separate dough into two balls. Stretch onto cooking surface (corn meal or flour will help to discourage sticking).
- 4. Top dough with sauce, cheese, and toppings.
- 5. Bake at ~500 degrees F for ~8 minute.
