  • Mix Bisquick, milk, white sugar, egg and vanilla extract in a bowl.
  • Heat pan. Spray with Pam cooking spray.
  • Pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake.
  • Before flipping, sprinkle brown sugar and pineapple on each pancake.
