ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
- 5 tablespoons pineapple juice
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon grated orange peel
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1⁄4 cup flaked coconut, toasted
directions
- Combine all ingredients, except coconut in a mixing bowl.
- Blend until creamy.
- Stir in coconut.
- *Serve with fruit or crackers.
- Also really good on bagels!
