Pig Pickin Cake

1 three layer round cake
ingredients
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 1 (11 ounce) can mandarin oranges

ICING
- 3 ounces instant vanilla pudding
- 22 ounces crushed pineapple
- 1⁄2 cup powdered sugar
- 9 ounces Cool Whip
- 1 cup coconut
directions
- --------CAKEDIRECTIONS--------------.
- Beat all ingredients well.
- Bake in 3 round pans at 325 for 25 minutes.
- Bake in 9*13 pan for 35 minutes.
- -----------ICINGDIRECTIONS--------.
- Mix puddin and pineapple.
- Let set a few minutes.
- Add sugar, cool whip, and coconut.
- Spread between layers and on sides and top.
- Keep in icebox.
