I really enjoyed the flavors and family-style nature of this recipe. Made as directed and served over brown rice one day, and with recipe #432391 (Lemon Red Potatoes) the next, when it was just as good as the day I made it. Thanks, weekend cooker! Made for 123HW tag game.

This made a delicious dinner. I really liked that the pepper strips were only cooked for about an hour. This method allowed them to have more texture. I found that I didn't need to thicken the sauce. This was served over Perfect Brown Rice by PanNan.
