Questions & Replies

  1. How do I adjust this recipe for 24 mini muffins?

  1. These are great little muffins. Everyone loved them. I am going to make them again for a church group. If you don't have the paper liners, just spray the muffin tin, but don't wait too long to remove them from the pan. They will stick if allowed to cool too much.
  2. I made these yesterday exactly following the recipe. Today I made more. Made them as mini-muffins and decreased the cooking time. This are so good it is hard to eat them in moderation. I definitely recommend this recipe Simple and good!

  5. These are so easy and I always have the ingredients in my pantry, which means I will probably gain 10 pounds. I only baked them 18 minutes and they were perfect. These little muffins packed a great pecan pie flavor in them! I can't wait to share them with my friends tomorrow....If I don't eat them all first!

RECIPE SUBMITTED BY it's not a picture of me....these 3 beauties are my babies...and I look just like THEM! If I'm not working to save up for these weddings, I'm outdoors.....and if the weather is bad; I'm indoors cooking! Such is life........
