- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 2 cups tiny fresh pea pods (can sub 10 oz. pkg. frozen peas)
- 1⁄4 cup chopped onion
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
- 3 large lettuce leaves
directions
- Heat peanut oil in a skillet.
- Add peas, onions, salt and pepper; cover and cook over medium heat 10-15 minutes.
- Add lettuce.
