- 2 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
directions
- Combine all the ingredients.
- This the sauce by adding about 4 teaspoons of water.

GREAT, GREAT AS A DIP! I'd made a triple batch of this, fully intending to have it as a sandwich spread with sliced turkey or ham, but instead used most of it as a dip! Did include only 1/4 teaspoon of the cayenne pepper, though! Thanks for a simple recipe AND a wonderful taste experience! [Made & reviewed while touring Africa on the Zaar World Tour 4]

My husband said, "You made a different sauce because you didn't think we'd like this one?" Oh was I wrong! This sauce grew on me and we LOVE it and will always make it with satay. I used chili sauce rather than ketchup, my own preference. This sauce after a resting period was 5 stars all the way. Thanks Susie!
