Peach Eggnog

"This recipe came from an old cookbook I got at a second hand shop."

• Ingredients: 5
• Serves: 10

ingredients

• 1 quart prepared eggnog
• 3 cups half-and-half
• 1 (12 ounce) can apricot nectar
• 1 cup rum
• 1 cup peach brandy

directions

1. In a 3 quart container, combine all ingredients, stir until well blended.
2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

I haven't tried this yet, but plan to very soon. Had a recipe like this many years ago and I've been looking for it for years. I can't remember if I added rum but will try it this way. Would make a large batch of the eggnog fill pretty bottles and give it as gifts for the holiday. Will let you know how I make out! Thanks for sharing.
