  1. I've been making a lot of meatless pasta dishes of late, and this is yet another winner. I used bowtie pasta (had run out of my fav penne) other than that I followed the recipe to a T. The flavour combinations were delicious, creamy tomato, zippy red peppers, and the sweetness of the peas were a real winner. Thanks for posting.

  2. This was good, easy and quick. Great for a busy day. Next time I will add some garlic with the sautéed onions to add a little more flavor.

  3. Sauteed some shrimp and added it to the sauce and pasta at the last minute. Used two garlic cloves instead of onions (just a personal preference). Delicious dish and leftovers were even better for lunch the next day. Thanks for posting this great recipe!

  4. Super easy and fast. I used orecchiette, as it holds the peas and tomatoes very well. Finished with some freshly grated Parmesan cheese. Made by a Feed Bag for Susie’s World Tour 2019.

  5. This was really easy to make, yet it was a filling and delicious dinner. The crushed red peppers gave it a little kick, but the basil (picked fresh from my garden this afternoon) added a lot of flavor to the creamy tomato sauce. Thanks, PanNan. Made for Susie's World Tour 2018 (Malta).

Tweaks

  1. This is a very easy, delicious and inexpensive dish! I used shell pasta and substituted a few drops of tabasco sauce for the pepper flakes since I hadn't any on hand. I will be making this again. Thanks for sharing PanNan.
