ingredients
- 2 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
- 3⁄4 cup walnuts (roughly chopped)
directions
- In a bowl toss Parmesan and walnuts together.
- Spread mixture evenly on a parchment paper lined baking sheet.
- Bake until bubbly and golden, time will depend on your oven so watch carefully.
- Remove from oven and allow to cool.
- Break into random pieces.

We love Parmesan crisps. But this one was new to me. Awesome. I put mine in the oven at 375 for about 5 min. But all ovens different. This recipe doesn’t specify. So, I’d check at the 3 min mark & maybe turn your sheet pan. They will burn quickly if you don’t keep an eye on them. Look for them to get slightly brown on the edges.
