DIRECTIONS

  • Remove the fat from the Parma ham and thinly slice.
  • Cube the Cheddar (1cm or so).
  • Wash the lettuce and separate the leaves. Tear the leaves do not cut.
  • Mix all together in a bowl and drizzle oil and serve.
