DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat saucepan on medium-high.
  • Mix cinnamon and sugar together in a medium bowl until combined. Toss apple slices in until thoroughly coated.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan (I take the pan off the burner to do this). Add apples and cook until very soft and tender, stirring occasionally, about ten minutes.
