  • Shred the cabbage and place in bowl. Sprinkle with sliced green onion. Then sprinkle with 1/2 c sugar.
  • In a saucepan mix vinegar, 1 tbsp sugar, salt, celery seed and mustard; bring to boil; add oil.
  • Pour over cabbage. DO NOT STIR.
  • Put in refrigerator overnight.
