Orange Ricotta Cheesecake

- 2 (475 g) containers ricotta cheese
- 3⁄4 cup smuckers orange marmalade
- 6 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 cup sugar
- 1 pinch salt

GLAZE
- 1⁄2 cup smuckers pure orange marmalade
directions
- Preheat oven to 300°F Grease and flour a 9-inch springform pan and cover outside bottom with foil.
- In large bowl, combine ricotta cheese and marmalade. Mix in eggs one at a time.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in prepared pan 80-90 minutes until set, but still a little jiggly in the center. Remove and let cool to room temperature.
- GLAZE: heat marmalade until warm. Spread over cooled cheesecake and refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
