DIRECTIONS

  • In a frying pan cook chicken with 1/4 cup of water until almost cooked through; steams chicken and keeps moist.
  • While chicken is cooking, combine the next 8 ingredients in a large bowl: bread crumbs, flour, Italian seasoning, hemp seeds, flax seeds, onion powder, black pepper, salt.
  • In a smaller bowl mix: 2 eggs, lemon juice, garlic.
  • Cut each chicken piece in 1/2 or 1/3. Dip in egg mixture (small bowl), then in bread mixture (large bowl and fry with olive oil for about 5 min each side. Then serve and enjoy! ------------------------------ Note: You can double the hemp seeds and milled flax seeds for more omega 3 & 6 nutritional value.
