- 1 large garlic clove
- 4 large basil leaves
- 1⁄2 tablespoon fresh thyme leave
- 1⁄2 cup pitted kalamata olive
- 1⁄4 cup pitted black olives
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons olive oil
directions
- Place all ingredients in a food processor and process till smooth (can be a bit chunky depending on preference).
- You can also do this with an immersion blender.
