ingredients
- 8 slices flat bread, folded
- 8 ounces tzatziki
- 1 head Baby Spinach, raw
- 8 ounces feta cheese
- 2 lbs ground lamb
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 4 scallions (green onions)
- 2 tomatoes, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
directions
- Pat ground lamb, scallions and seasoning into patties.
- Fry over medium heat.
- Spread Tsatsiki sauce bottom of half of the flatbread.
- Sprinkle lightly with Feta cheese.
- Place Patty on bottom bun.
- Layer onion, tomato, Feta, Spinach and Tsatsiki sauce.
- Place on the top and enjoy.
