Yummy potatoes with some added herb action! Mine were a little large, so I cut them in fourths. made for ZWT9 Soup-a-Stars

So simple and so good. A really nice side dish that would go well with so many things. Thanks iewe for sharing. Made for ZWT9.

These are delicious. I couldn't afford the outrageous price of red potatoes, so I used large chunks of regular potatoes. The taste is really great and my husband and kids really enjoyed these (which is weird because the usually don't eat potatoes). I really liked the parsley and marjoram on the potatoes. The only spice change I made was to add 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Thanks iewe. Made for the Scandinavian round of ZWT9 for team Tasty Testers.
