Three out of four of my kids eleven and under really liked this and both my husband and I could not tell that this was turkey and not pork. I did substitute canned cooked turkey which made this incredibly fast for a nice family meal in one pot. It is quick and easy and tastes like I remember chop suey tasting. Thanks for sharing!
