ingredients

• 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
• 1⁄4 cup carrot, shredded
• 1⁄4 red bell pepper, finely diced
• 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped

directions

1. Combine ingredients in a small bowl.
2. Spread over bagels or whole grain toast.
3. Store in refrigerator for up to one week.
