- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 cup sour cream
- 2 lettuce leaves
- paprika
- salt & pepper
- 1 flour tortilla
directions
- Microwave cheese, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 1 teaspoon paprika in bowl until melted.
- Mix sour cream and 1 teaspoon paprika in small bowl.
- Spread out flour tortilla. Put lettuce into tortilla along with cheese and sour cream.
- Sprinkle some paprika on top and enjoy!
