DIRECTIONS

  • in a non stick skillet: place olive oil and heat to a medium temp, add chicken and cook for 2 minutes. add garlic and pepper to chicken cook another 2 minutes.
  • add tomatoes and place lid on for 4 mintues.
  • add spinach, basil and cook for 2 minutes.
  • add lemon juice, cut off the heat and leave lid on for 2 minutes. place on top of pasta in a serving bowl and enjoy.
